Prefix? Suffix?

Was just listening to The Bugle. It's some podcast by 2 British-accent guys discussing the news.

Heard something that "stimulated" me to make this post. [inspiration is not appropriate here, i think]

Comparing Anti-abortion campaigns to Pro-abortion campaigns is just wrong.

Why?

Anti-abortion means being against abortions. Meaning that they aim to stop abortions. Nothing wrong about that.

But the Pro-abortion campaigns are just....erm.... they're just wrong!

How can you be pro-abortion? want to cut the human population?

What? You want an increase in abortion rates, until we reach 100% abortions amongs ALL pregnant women? well, that's what the group is campaigning for!

So, when comparing, make sure it's "Anti-abortion" with "Pro-CHOICES".

This is not a joke. this is a gentle reminder. Your prefix may be right, but the root word may be wrong!
