Translation:
The Police chief announced that the bomb blast at Plaza Kramatjati, Jln Raya Bogor, Eastern Jakarta at 12.50PM (Western Indonesia Time) this Saturday was not a suicide bombing attempt. This was because the bomb was not planted on the suspect's body. The Police had also suspected the possibility of links with the arrival of US President George W. Bush since A&W restaurants requires restaurant licensing from the US.

err... I just want to say that my family lives in Jakarta Utara (Northern Jakarta, near the coast towards Sumatra), and my family only goes to the CBD area (Central Jakarta / Jakarta Tengah) and the South (Jakarta Selatan / Southern Jakarta). And as far as I'm concerned, I never heard of this mall before. Therefore, I can make the very safe assumption that my family's safe. and that i don't have to worry. and that nobody needs to worry when I return to Indonesia.
(just worry abt the PS3... it sold out in Japan around the time the blast occured)
